Racina: Maletto w/ Sonia Gambino

On October 26, 2025, Racina and Pleasure Space presented Maletto at Gustinella Winery, in the small village of Maletto on the northwestern side of Mount Etna.

Conceived as a performative meal, the gathering brought together stories, food, landscape and listening through the voices of Sonia, wine producer and host, Maria, keeper of the traditional maccheroni recipe of Maletto, and Salvatore, historic cultivator of the local Slow Food strawberry.

Between vineyards, wine tasting, fresh ricotta and shared conversations, Maletto unfolded as an intimate experience suspended between memory, territory and collective ritual, accompanied by a performance by Giulia Lant.
