Racina w/ Giardini Coleringer, Azienda Agricola Gambuzza Sesamo di Ispica

As part of Racina’s ongoing exploration of natural agriculture and the people dedicated to preserving the land, this special edition took place aboard a sailing boat departing from Ortigia’s marina. Guests enjoyed a sunset wine tasting featuring the wines of Giardini ColeRinger, the Etna project founded by French journalist and photographer Romain Cole and Ginger Ringer, whose work seeks to express the volcanic character of the mountain through small-scale natural winemaking. The tasting was accompanied by food pairings curated with organic Ispica sesame from Azienda Agricola Gambuzza, a family-run farm committed to safeguarding one of Sicily’s most distinctive agricultural traditions. Blending navigation, storytelling, wine, and local food culture, the event offered an immersive experience of Sicily’s landscapes and artisanal heritage.
